How it works

Find the right plan for you

Buy a PIXMA Print Plan compatible printer and choose a plan that best suits your needs or simply sign up for a plan if you already have a compatible PIXMA Print Plan printer.

Activate your printer

Follow the instructions to activate the service as part of the driver software installation or as instructed in the service sign-up emails. Please note that your printer must be connected to the internet for the service to work.

Get ink delivered to you

Ink is automatically delivered to you before you need them, meaning you’ll never run out.

Manage your subscription

Be in total control of your PIXMA Print Plan by logging in to your Canon account. Here you can check your print usage, see if any unused pages from the previous month have been rolled over and view all your billing. You can also upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.

PIXMA Print Plan is a subscription service based on the number of pages you print not the cost of the ink cartridges you use. Depending on your expected monthly print needs you select the appropriate plan for you. You only pay for the fixed monthly cost of your plan and any overage costs. You don't pay for inks or their delivery cost as this is all included in your monthly plan fees.

Once you’ve signed up for this service, we will send you a welcome pack with subscription-compatible inks. Going forward, whenever your printer starts running low, we’ll automatically send you replacement ink, meaning you’ll never run out. At the end of each month, any unused pages will be rolled over to the following month, giving you extra pages to print.
